IVO Systems, Inc is looking for an exceptional Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. This is a salary position with commissions for upselling current customers and you will work directly with our two co-founders.

Software Implementation:
• Conduct end-to-end implementation of IVO’s construction operations software platform for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and integration with their existing procedures or tech
Customer Success:
• Act as customer’s first point of contact and work closely with their team to ensure the software is being used and meeting their expectations
• Hold regular customer meetings to provide training, support, and guidance from software purchase to full deployment and usage
Ongoing Engagement:
• Maintain maximum customer satisfaction via regular meetings to train customers on new functionalities, gather feedback, and explore account expansion opportunities
Contract Renewals:
• Manage customer renewal process and strategy
• Identify upsell opportunities to add more modules to their IVO suite, along with compensation via commissions for successful upsells
• Proven experience serving the construction industry is strongly preferred
• Proven experience preferred in implementing and rolling out telematics, GPS, ERP or maintenance systems such as CAT VisionLink, HCSS, B2W, Viewpoint Vista, etc. with heavy construction companies
• Strong background in providing exceptional customer support
• Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of driving results

• Our primary clients are heavy civil (road builders) who are struggling to manage their operations, but unaware of the software solutions available to help them.
