Founder
Sales, Support, and Marketing
Jacob Genal
Jacob joined IVO in 2020 as our Founding Sales Representative. After a 3-year stint at Gartner where he moved to Florida, Jacob returned to IVO to build our Partner Program and help expand our global customer base.
Kinsey Hourigan
Kinsey joined IVO in 2022 as an SDR and advanced to the role of Account Manager, where he partners with heavy civil contractors to optimize operations and delivers measurable growth and long-term value to new and existing customers. Outside IVO, he enjoys playing recreational soccer and frisbee-golfing with his family.
Charles Motiff
Charles joined the team in 2024 after graduating from the Wisconsin School of Business. Prior to joining IVO Systems, he assisted with marketing efforts for organizations in a variety of industries including sports, tourism, and education.
Quinn Shaffer
Quinn joined the team in 2025, bringing consultative sales experience to help construction teams find solutions that make a real impact. When he’s not connecting with customers, he’s likely on the golf course, hitting the slopes, or catching a game.
Connor DeHaven
Connor brings experience across a range of industries, ultimately discovering his passion in construction where he's motivated by helping construction companies run more efficiently. Outside of work, Connor enjoys visiting local breweries, squeezing in a round of golf, and firing up the grill on the weekends.
Software Development Team
Cody Hawkins
Cody has previous experience working in the construction industry as a condition monitoring analyst, along with working in a variety of software development roles. He also previously served in the USMC as a Motor T diesel mechanic.
Board Members and Advisors
Cordero Barkley
Cordero is a partner at TitletownTech. He previously had a successful career in banking and wealth management as a fiduciary officer. Cordero earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree from UW-Green Bay while being a student-athlete. He now serves on the board of multiple successful startup companies.
Bill Knasinski
Bill was the founder and Chief Customer Officer of Proactive Global Logistics. Before selling PGL to Redwood Logistics, Proactive was one of North America's fastest-growing logistics service providers, specializing in parcel contract mediation and auditing, reporting, data analytics, logistics engineering, and transportation management through LTL/truckload brokerage.
