Eric Christensen

Co-Founder & President

Eric has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years in estimating and project management, where he brings that knowledge and understanding to IVO Systems. Eric has experience at every single level of management in the industry.

Bob Lien

Co-Founder & CTO

Bob has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years in estimating, project management, and equipment management roles. Bob also has software development experience and led major integration projects for large construction companies.

Sales Team

Kinsey Hourigan

Sales Representative

Kinsey has been with the company for over a year now, starting part-time as a business development representative and eventually joining the staff as a valued full-time employee.

Eliah Wolff

Eliah has joined the company as a full time business development representative, continuing his career in customer facing roles.

Cody Hawkins

Software Developer

Cody has previous experience working in the construction industry as a condition monitoring analyst, along with working in a variety of software development roles. He also previously served in the USMC as a Motor T diesel mechanic.

John McCall

Software Developer

John brings a decade’s worth of software development experience to IVO Systems. Specializing in front-end web development and User Experience design, he has a passion for making software that looks good and is easy to use.

Joshua Jenks

Software Developer

Joshua specializes in both front and back-end engineering with a strong focus on web development. He thrives on finding innovative and intuitive solutions that can be easily understood and shared, creating the best experience possible.

Cordero Barkley

Board Member

Cordero is a partner at TitletownTech. He previously had a successful career in banking and wealth management as a fiduciary officer. Cordero earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree from UW-Green Bay while being a student-athlete. He now serves on the board of multiple successful startup companies.

Bill Knasinski

Board Member

Bill was the founder and Chief Customer Officer of Proactive Global Logistics. Before selling PGL to Redwood Logistics, Proactive was one of North America's fastest-growing logistics service providers, specializing in parcel contract mediation and auditing, reporting, data analytics, logistics engineering, and transportation management through LTL/truckload brokerage.
